Hi everyone,
My name is Sandy and I was born and raised here in Victoria, BC. I have an English degree from Queen’s University, and I am currently taking two other upper level courses this semester in order to apply for post degree, elementary education programs. I am interested in taking this course to learn more about the impact social media has on how we learn and develop a professional presence online. I am looking forward to reading everyone’s blog posts and enjoying the warm weather!
Outside of school, I enjoy surfing, hiking, yoga, and writing! I work with children running an afterschool care program part time, and work with adults with disabilities.
